These terms and conditions govern your use of bloemguard.co.za (the “Website”) and the services offered by BloemGuard (“we”, “us” or “our”), a waterproofing, roof restoration and painting contractor serving Bloemfontein and surrounds. By using the Website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Quotes are prepared after an on-site inspection and are based on the condition of the property as observed and the information you provide. A quote covers the scope described in it; work outside that scope, or conditions that only become visible once work begins (such as hidden structural damage, saturated substrates or previous failed repairs), may require a revised quote before we proceed.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Material prices are subject to supplier changes until the work is confirmed.

We install SealPro waterproofing and coating systems to the manufacturer's specification. Weather affects this trade: application requires suitable conditions, and start or completion dates may shift with rain, wind or temperature. We will communicate any changes promptly.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property (including arranging estate or complex access where applicable) and to secure pets and movable valuables in the work area. Where body corporate or HOA approval is required, we will assist with documentation, but obtaining approval remains the owner's responsibility.

Payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due on completion of the work. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.

Where a workmanship guarantee applies to a completed system, its scope and duration are stated in writing on the relevant quotation or completion documentation. Guarantees cover the installed system as specified and do not cover damage from causes beyond the system, such as structural movement, alterations by others, mechanical damage or extreme weather events. We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

The content of this Website — text, photographs, graphics and layout — belongs to BloemGuard or is used with permission (including SealPro product names and materials, which are the property of SealPro Coatings (Pty) Ltd). You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Information on the Website is provided in good faith as general guidance about our services and the systems we install. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your specific property.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Personal information submitted through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
